The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming flat in Marseille for rent, complete with Wi-Fi, covering an area of 120 m² and accommodating up to ten guests.
Situated on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 33 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 33 m² living room with a TV - A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee machine… - 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190) - 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) - A bathroom with a shower - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron. The flat is ideally situated in Marseille, in a very pleasant neighbourhood.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Transport: - The T3 tram line runs right past the building; Metro lines 1 and 2 are accessible at Castellane station, which is 3 stops away. - The nearest car park is the Q-Park Baret Saint-Ferréol car park. - Saint-Charles station is a 15-minute journey by Metro line 2 to Notre-Dame du Mont station, or it can also be reached on foot. - The airport can be reached by shuttle bus to Saint-Charles station, but we recommend using taxis or ride-hailing services such as Uber. On arrival, you’ll be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it. Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available - Entirely non-smoking accommodation - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation As this is a residential neighbourhood, no parties or noise disturbances will be tolerated. We are in constant contact with the neighbours, who ensure the neighbourhood remains quiet. Should we receive any complaints regarding noise disturbances, we would be obliged to terminate your booking without a refund.

Die Lage der Wohnung und deren Größe für 4/5 Personen, die Ausstattung der Küchenzeile, ein separates WC, die Badezimmer Ausstattung mit Shampoo, Seife, Fön und Handtüchern
Das WLAN war schwach und instabil.
Die Betten sind als Doppelbetten zu schmal und die Bäder zu klein und damit scheint die Wohnung für die Auslastung mit 10 Personen wenig geeignet.
Das Treppenhaus hat unangenehm gerochen.

Great apartment, building is a little tired and we had problems connecting to the WiFi and with the shower tray over filling but the agency was great and its a lovely atmospheric flat in a fascinating city.

L emplacement est top !
Nous n avons eu qu une seule salle de bain qui fonctionnait et une odeur d égout dans tout l immeuble assez désagréable ( mais il devait y avoir un soucis )
