The living area includes a lounge with sofa, armchairs, television and dining space, ideal for relaxing after beach days.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hobs, extractor hood, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher for convenient everyday use.
The property features two bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with Queen Size bed 160x200 and sea view
- 1 bedroom with Queen Size bed 160x200
The shower room includes a shower, washbasin and washing machine.
Separate toilets complete the layout. Outside, the furnished terrace with outdoor furniture, sun loungers and parasol allows guests to fully enjoy sunny days after the beach. The house benefits from shared access with the owners but without overlooking neighbours, ensuring both privacy and independence during the stay. From the property, Caroual beach can be reached directly on foot.
The area also provides easy access to coastal walking paths and Erquy’s seaside landscapes. - Included services : bed linen and household linen (towels and tea towels) - Wi-Fi access (subject to network coverage) - End-of-stay cleaning included (according to house rules) For arrivals after 6 PM or outside agency opening hours, secure key boxes are available outside the agency for independent check-in.
