Location is the key with this charming renovated two-bedroom apartment which is located on the ground floor of the small El Califa complex with just 10 apartments, right opposite the Parador Hotel of Nerja.
Burriana Beach is a five-minute walk from the complex, and the historic centre of Nerja with the famous Balcón de Europa an easy ten-minute walk.
The apartment has an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with french windows opening out to the large terrace with outside table for al fresco dining - with direct access to the gardens and pool area.
There is a large, airy Kingsize double bedroom and another bedroom with twin single beds.
The apartment has two bathrooms, one ensuite from the main bedroom and one full bathroom both with walk in showers.
Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher,washing machine and fridge freezer, safe, free wifi, Smart TV with international channels and air-conditioning in the living room.
The complex shares private parking spaces which are available on a first come first served basis.
The communal pool is 12m x 5m with depths 1.2m to 1.8m, is surrounded by large gardens and terraces and is open year-round.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights.
End of stay cleaning is also included.
We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ...

Nerja really does offer something for everyone – whether wandering around the typically Spanish streets of whitewashed houses and the famous Balcón de Europa, shopping in the lively commercial area, enjoying the many water sports available at one of our amazing beaches, hiking in the incredible Sierra Almijara or making the most of free tapas still served with drinks in most bars – you’ll never be bored! The local caves – Cueva de Nerja – and the neighbouring hillside “Pueblo Blanco”, Frigiliana, are incredible must-sees during your stay.
Further afield but within easy reach there are waterparks, aquariums, zoos, golf courses, the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountain range with fabulous skiing over the winter months and the beautiful Andalusian cities of Málaga, Seville, Cordoba and Granada.
Nerja has a great network of public transport – or you can hire a car to discover the area at your own pace.

The location is superb with easy access to the whole town without being in the middle of the hubbub.
We love the staff, nothing is too much trouble and too difficult to single anyone out.
Amazing company, not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

The apartment is in a fab location for walking round the town, possible parking is available and a car will give so many more places to see, the entry and exit of apartment is very easy with all the information provided. spotlessly clean and comfortable the team are on hand if needed, highly recommended.

Fab pool, plenty of sun loungers.
We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Supermarket and bakery around the corner.
5 minutes walk to centre.
