This charming 180 m² air-conditioned house in Saint-André can accommodate up to 15 guests. It has a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, seven bedrooms, six bathrooms and a 140 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area adjoined by a small 15 m² kitchen.
- A 16 m² lounge with sofa...
- A second fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A 40 m² dining room, with two tables seating 8.
- Bedroom 1: 18 m² bedroom with double bed equipped for the disabled, with en-suite shower room with WC and TV
1st floor:
- Bedroom 2: 12 m² bedroom with double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room with WC and TV
- Bedroom 3: 10m² bedroom with two single beds and TV
- Bedroom 4: 12 m² bedroom with double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room with WC and TV
- Bedroom 5: 20 m² room with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed with en-suite shower room with shower, WC and TV
- Bedroom 6: 20 m² room with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed with en-suite shower room with shower, WC and TV
- Bedroom 7: 18 m² bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room with shower, WC and TV.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

- A beautiful 140 m² south-west-facing, semi-enclosed garden with garden furniture.
- A 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Saint-André, in very pleasant surroundings. Nearby, you will find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Beaches 10km away with all water sports facilities
- Cycling from the cycle path in the village to the sea or Le Boulou.
- Hiking from the village and surrounding villages in the Albères massif.
- Village on the Romanesque route with its Romanesque church.
- Visit the Romanesque art in all the neighbouring villages (church cloister ....)
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 5 vehicles.
For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Argelès-Sur-Mer SNCF station, 11 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Perpignan Rivesaltes Méditerranée airport, 31 minutes by car.
