Great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. It is an easy walk to the waterfront and the restaurants located there. The only drawback is that Uber drivers seem to have a hard time finding the place.

Richard was a great host. He was very flexible with check in and gave great instructions. The place was as advertised and worked well for our needs. The shared patio space was perfect for breakfast.
