Cozy apartment that accommodates up to 3 people, equipped with the main comforts for a pleasant stay.
The accommodation is located just 7 minutes walk from Bari Centrale station and 10 minutes from Aldo Moro University and the Petruzzelli Theatre, in an ideal position for visiting Bari comfortably and without transport.
Furthermore, in about twenty minutes on foot you can reach the beach or the center.
Free herringbone parking is available in front of the apartment (not guaranteed). The 45 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a building without a lift: therefore, it is necessary to climb 44 steps to access it. The interior space is composed as follows: - Kitchenette equipped with induction cooker, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, coffee machine and traditional oven - Living area with sofa bed (PLEASE NOTE: the mattress is thin), split A/C and Smart TV with Amazon fire stick - Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C - Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box - Balcony. Further facilities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, heating by split, drying rack, iron and ironing board. OTHER INFORMATION: - The keys of the entrance door are located in a safe with a code, which will be provided at check-in. - Parking is not included, but outside the apartment there are free parking (NOT guaranteed) and there is a muncipal parking (for a fee) on the other side of the street in Largo Ciaia. 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Bari equal to €2 per person per night, for the first 4 nights. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and access the apartment Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Bari Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22nd to March 23rd The property is located in a well-served area with plenty of restaurants, pubs, bars and supermarkets.
The pharmacy is located in the building in front of the property, as well as the bus stop and the Conad supermarket, which are in the same street. The apartment is located 20 minutes (on foot) from the historic center of Bari, where you can spend wonderful evenings in the best and renowned clubs. Honnêtement, il y avait juste la climatisation qui était agréable.
On n'avait pas acheté des bideaux dans la douche et un problème d'évacuation. Et puis, la propreté obligé d'acheter des produits de nettoyage. Logement. Le logement non adapté pour 3 personnes.

Le logement est situé derrière la gare, ce qui rend son accès pratique au moment de l’arrivée et du départ ainsi que pour visiter d’autres villes. Nous n’avons juste pas réussi à utiliser la wifi

Alloggio carino e piccolo se si passano pochi giorni a Bari. Comodo per raggiungere la stazione e il centro. Pulizia appartamento da rivedere. Tutto sommato un’esperienza positiva. Consigliato per soggiorni brevi.
