Charming and quiet 40 sqm room in the heart of Bari, able to accommodate up to 3 people.
Located on the first floor of an elegant building (access via stairs), the room is furnished with taste and attention to detail, creating a charming atmosphere.
The stone vaults add a touch of unique character. The area is well served, with restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance.
Just 500 meters from Bari Vecchia, it allows you to walk to the main attractions of the city. The room is located on the first floor and is accessible only by stairs (narrow width). ATTENTION: the highest point of the vaults is 2.10 meters.
Please pay attention. The internal space is organized as follows: - SLEEPING AREA with double bed, chest of drawers, SMART TV 33” and electric stove; - LIVING AREA with armchair-bed (for 1 person), sink, shower box, table with stools, minibar, electric kettle and coffee machine; - BATHROOM with bidet and wc. Please note that the shower is located in the room, in plain sight. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating and air conditioning via spit inverter (1 unit), hairdryer, iron. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee). The entrance is shared with the adjacent room. In this property, check-in is done in automated access mode.

The room is located in a very central position, just 500 meters from the Bari Vecchia district, home to the main historical and cultural attractions of the city: among these, we remember the Basilica of San Nicola, the Cathedral of San Sabino and the Norman-Swabian Castle. This apartment was very cozy and made me feel just like home. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The neighbourhood is quiet and you have a supermarket close to the building. Also it is at a comfortable walking distance from every tourist attraction and the train station. I recommend this property!

Its so central, close to everything, the shops, restaurants and the best bit is the bus stop is literally few steps where most routes passes by.
The mouldy part, which is i think been tackled and hopefully be sorted out.

posizione ottima in un palazzo storico, host super disponibile, accesso supersicuro tramite telefono, spaziosa
purtroppo presente molta umiditá forse dovuta all’antichitá del palazzo , sono presenti due piccoli deumidificatori ma non è abbastanza , letto un po’ scomodo
