The nearest bus stop, la Malva-rosa - Fuerteventura, is just a 1-minute walk. Valencia Airport is a 33-minute drive from the property. Self check-in with smart lock.
You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners.
If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy. Please also note that the property has limited windows for ventilation; only the terrace door can be opened to allow fresh air in. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals.
For added convenience, the apartment also has a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, drying rack, and ironing facilities to meet laundry needs. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the second has a trundle bed. All have complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom is conveniently connected to both bedrooms, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests.
It contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Super accommodation! Top location! Only criticism: few kitchen utensils. For example, no oven or toaster.
The sofa is also getting on in years and needs to be cleaned.

Very good location near the beach. The flat is exactly as described, has everything, is very functional and easy to access, with quick communication. Highly recommended.

Location and the keyless entry system is great. Restaurants, Bars, Suparmarkets around the corner. Beds are quite hard and uncomfortable. Whole flat is without sunlight, so it's pretty dark and the little outdoor area just good enough to dry your clothes maybe but other than that, useless.
