Located on the 1st and top floor of a quiet, small building, this bright and cross-ventilated 74 m² flat features a spacious 40 m² living area with sea views and a glimpse of the “Bonne Mère”.
It includes a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed 160×200, the other with a double bed 140×190), a bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub, and a separate toilet.
The living area opens onto a large south-facing terrace with stunning views of the Calanques massif — perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing under the sun.
The flat is equipped with air conditioning that cools both the living room and the bedrooms when the doors are left open. High-speed fiber-optic internet is available, and the area is peaceful and residential.

Then take bus 19 (towards Madrague de Montredon). This bus goes directly to La Madrague in about 30 minutes, with departures every 7 to 20 minutes depending on the time of day.
- Parking:
Street parking is free in this residential neighborhood, but not private.
- Marseille-Provence Airport:
A shuttle runs to Saint-Charles train station. However, we recommend using a taxi or a rideshare service (Uber, Bolt, etc.) for added comfort.
